It would be nice to just get it back to NASDAQ small stocks. Just spoke to Jonathan, & he said that the reason that no public announcement re the 300mil judgment was released, was that the other side has 6 months to try to get the decision reversed. Makes sense? He did not try to deny the truth of the news. More waiting necessary. js
