Psycho, Surely you jest. A penny will not get anyone excited. By now they may have worked out the financing for the Bolivar development. Maybe news on that will accompany the 2nd quarter release. If I were HEC I would start selling off the US properties at this time, and use the funds to drill out the Bolivar. With the high commodity prices now they can get top dollar for those properties, and in a few months they won't need their production any more since they will be getting plenty from Colombia.
