The SEC 10 value of oil & gas reserves at year-end 1996 seems to be over $5 per share. I realize oil & gas prices have slipped since the end of the year end but at these levels the stock seems to be cheap. Insiders have been buyers at the $3 level so I can't figure out why the big drop other than micro-cap stock weakness in general.
