Jon, When I made that statement it was before the news of the 5M shares the company was going to offer came out. That changes a few things. I do think it is ok for the company to get the $$$ by selling them, but that does add pressure and increase the float. I think without that announcment the stock does not get hammered. IMO that announcment had the worst timing possible and was a catastrophe... You got lucky.
