The new SI says the market cap is $1.27 Bil based on 25.94 m shares outstanding, and the old SI says the market cap is $2.02 Bil based on a close of $49.125, and therefore, about 41.1 m shares outstanding. How many are outstanding now, and what is the best way to keep up on this, considering acquisitions mid-quarter, option exercises, etc. Most recent SEC filings do not have the latest shares outst. like a 10-Q would.
