I spoke to Lori Turner, CFO, this morning. She can't account for the stock weakness. Says business is "on track", whatever that means. Huge government contract they are bidding has not yet been awarded. I have to believe they are the leading candidate given they held it in the past and are one of the very few who have met the specs for the new contract. I believe the weakness is a symptom of the general slaughter of micro-caps during the past month. Also, DH Blair still holds a sizeable position in the stock and until that overhang clears the stock will never take off meaningfully.
