Thanks a lot for response. I am surprised that you were able to talk to someone at Cortech. In early days I used to call but never got live person to answer the call. Messages were rarely returned.

If sale of the company were to materialize, do you think they will be able to get any premium besides the cash? if so, what would it be? I hate to see someone buying $ for $ because you get less for your $ (costs associated). Apparaently, they have some revenues in their reports from something. Are they from real products? If buy-out is the only chance, then I would apprciate your opinion as to what may be a fair price? Has company amassed any intelectual properties that they may be able to sell? I know too many questions but I am sorta desperate.
