That is exactly correct. I asked Warren in Florida why they did not have the exclusive and I was informed they hope to have the exclusive in the future. Right now they only have the right for the Americas (North, South & Central) but again non-exclusive.

When I asked Mr. Haber he said he want to keep his options opened. Once proven in the field he feels it is in his best interest and the interest of HABE shareholders not to put all his eggs in one basket. He has no intention of giving exclusive rights ... WHen I asked about why he just did not allow HABE to be acquired he told me there was more to HABE than the HGP ... he has medical technology also.

ALso and I can't remember exactly who but I asked why not a big mining company. I was told, again I can't remember who, that the big mining would want exclusive rights and that Haber did not have good contacts in the mining industry.

I even asked Gordon of the Santa Maria mine why did he agree to sell his mine to ORXX. I was informed because of the Haber Gold Process. I also asked everyone if the drop in price would affect the shares to be issued on the closing of this acquistion. I was told no that the contract terms were set at an aggregate amount of $30,000,000.00 or simply put 10M shares of 2 years restricted stock with an AMSC of $3.00

By the way that PR firm was dismissed and their shares are in the process of being dealt with just FWIW.
