The clincals will be complete in OCTOBER. The earliest for publication would be probably end of November or December. Well now wait just a sec, according to the message that started this whole to-do beta.siliconinvestor.com the article was already under review as of three weeks ago. Seems strange to submit a paper for review over three months before the results are even determined.
