The company also is seeking manufacturers to license its sound technology, which includes Stratified Field speaker technology that can be made into thin, flat-panel speakers, maintaining high-quality sound. In addition, it is developing HyperSonic Sound technology, which uses ultrasonic frequencies that allow sound to travel farther with less distortion. Director Elwood Norris owns about 27% of the firm Norris Communications NCII is now called e.Digital EDIG Why use the shares of a bankrupt company to launch this EDIG? I think that it would have been a lot wiser to launch an IPO EDIG and sell 30 million shares at $20. That would have brought in a lot of money. Only drawback would have been that they would have had to prove that they really had something. Track record of Patriot Scientific PTSC, American Technology ATCO, and Norris Communications NCII leaves much to be desired. Elwood Norris likes to start new companies, promote the companies and sell shares. Why was a re-cycled company necessary for EDIG? Why couldn't PTSC or ATCO handle the job?
