Just hold your mouse pointer over the link to the user's name and you should see it in the status bar at the bottom of your browser. Hold your pointer over "David Lawrence" above, and look at your status bar. I'm user726949.

By Jove, you're right. It does work on Beta. I don't think it did a week or two ago.
