Now, let's switch to something a bit more philosophical...

I want you all to know that it pains me when I read things like....

SI doesn't care about us...

SI is going to cram this down our throats...

SI doesn't respond to our requests...

or worst of all,

SI has forgotten that it's the members that matter most!

Frankly, it makes me wonder - just a bit - why I stay up until 2:00 am reading through 200 individual posts. I guess it's because I know that you - the members - clearly care about SI.

At some point, I hope that you will know that we care as much about you as you do about SI. I guess we haven't figured out an effective means of proving that yet, but we will.

In the meantime, I would gladly and confidently stack up our customer responsiveness, as compared with any other site on the Web, and that includes SI's past, present and future responsiveness.

I realize that some of you may have differing opinions on that point, and I'm sure that nothing I can *say* will change your mind. Changing your mind will depend entirely upon what we *do*, not what we *say*.

So, let me just *say* this...

We are going to *do* whatever it takes to make Silicon Investor the best investing site on the Web, and we totally understand that the outstanding community that has developed here is the cornerstone toward that achievement.

Nuff said. Time for us to get back to work. :)

Bryan
