Filing incorrectly on the last possible day, then resubmitting on last day before potential suspension is not considered "timely"...particularly in light of all companies being notified of this in January and the tremendous backlog at the SEC..... I would suggest that AIMH forget bothering them further with legal action...and instead focus on filing the next set of paperwork now...this stuff is due all the time...(qtrly...at the least). Annoying the SEC with a zillion phone calls (as has been suggested) and legal crap could actually delay things further... If you believe in the stock...buy more as it dips..... If you think it is a fraud...look for a good exit point... AIMH needs to get its act together soon....or what remnants of stockholder loyalty they have will fade fast! sigh..........Mary
