Hi Richard and all:

I spoke to Paul Brownlee. He advised that the issue has been paperwork from the former company which has caused a snag with getting necessary regulatory approval for their EOP... thus the delay. He feels confident that the nec. paperwork has been completed and they anticipate hearing shortly.

Once that is thru, they'll be able to get things underway.

Thats encouraging news.
