Jules and All, It's seldom that I'm right, so I thought I would draw your attention to my post on March 19th, I think # 83: "I believe the downtrend is related to the bond market. A few minutes ago the yield on the long bond was 6.98, if it closes over 7% watch out below." As long as the interest rate trend is up, ANY stock will struggle to get to or hold a higher price. If the long bond yield continues up on Monday the market has a real problem. Even I am thinking about buying bonds, the 10 year over 6% yield, a good opportunity to sell them at a profit in a year, a historically overvalued stock market? I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking this way. John
