Jeff - I think the reality is that QCharts can't get the Island book working with any consistency. You can access the Island book directly at: isld.com Sometimes the problem is with Island, not QC. When Island's BookViewer isn't working, I've noticed QC's isn't either. Other times the problem is either in the transmission from Island or with QC itself. I've noticed 'stale' bids/asks appearing in QC's version many times which makes it very difficult to follow.
