If there is any science to it at all look to the Earth's magnetic fields as the primary influence. The stars and planets would be merely guideposts to magnetic and gravitational flux.

Since the Moon figures in so highly to astrologers calculations, I wonder what they will do when babies start being born on the moon in this coming century?
