From what I can read between the lines from the conference call is that the management at Cryptologic is keeping a VERY LOW PROFILE for the stock before NASDAQ. From what I understand, this will allow the stock promoters on Wallstreet to LOAD AT A VERY LOW PRICE to get a maximum BANG for their work!!! That's obvious... when they say that a Press Release is NOT NECESSARY when they will apply for NASDAQ... hey man... there is a plan and something cooking at Cryptologic in sync with the NASDAQ listing... Mephistopheles.
