NET NANNY SOFTWARE INTERNATIONAL INC. - Appoints New Chief Operating Officer [64]

Gordon A. Ross, President and CEO of Net Nanny Software International
Inc. (the "Company" or "Net Nanny"), a leading developer of PC Security and
Internet Filtering Software, in a move designed to refine its marketing and
product development strategy for the new millennium, announces that Buzz
Leonard has been appointed the Company's new Chief Operating Officer, in
addition to his duties as a newly appointed member of the board.
Leonard brings several years' senior management experience and a
highly successful track record to Net Nanny. He previously served as Vice
President of Sales and Marketing for Seattle-based Application Methods,
Inc., a $3 million Internet e-commerce software consulting and development
firm that provided management solutions for mid-sized businesses
specializing in business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. At
Application Methods, he quadrupled the company's revenues by redesigning
the company's operation, marketing and sales direction, improving
efficiency, accounting practices, and customer relationship management
processes.
