Well, if you really, truly are interested in the Business Wire lawsuit, there's a whole thread for it; see #Subject-27856.

For those who aren't familiar with it, for the third year in a row, a few of us used April Fools Day to make a statement about investing. This year we issued a press release over Business Wire saying that we were selling the next generation internet -- yes, the actual internet -- node by node. The idea this year was, among other things, to point out that just because something is published in a press release doesn't mean it is therefore true. Business Wire for some reason took offense to that message and sued us. We have since filed a Motion to Strike under California's anti-Slapp provision. The onus is now on Business Wire to show they will "probably" win should the suit ever get to trial. According to their last court filing, they are now claiming our "real" intent was to generate publicity for a website design firm. I kid you not.

We are (seriously) looking for people like you to vehemently argue we are all criminals and should be thrown in jail. This will help us better prepare for any other possible accusations Business Wire's lawyers may decide to toss our way. Hope to see you over there!
