Noticed a reference in the filing to a lawsuit by the Dept of Labor against PMP - perhaps that has something to do with Mr. Dickerson's leaving? He was its pres, I believe. In the meantime, are you familiar with any other "consolidation" type companies? - just researching how they operate (was interested in your comment about acquisitions with cash - thought these usually done with stock). Thanks and good investing.
