Everybody get out!!!!Bid has come in at $140 million plus assumption of $35 million in debt. Company has 1.7 billion liabilities.!!! Common is wiped out,bondholders are wiped out and banks are impaired. Repeat bail out news to be hitting wires imminetly. (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Short)
