The market makers obviously must not feel a higher price is warranted yet. Maybe they want more volume to legitimately start moving the stock. Again, this is out of my realm of knowledge.

I feel comfortable at 11 cents for now, but could have easily got it at 10 cents I think. Would love to see 15-20 cents today, let alone 40 cents.
