RECLAMATION MANAGEMENT LIMITED ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE AND PROVIDES UPDATE ON EBOP STATUS

The Company is pleased to announce a change of its name to Euro-net Investments Limited. The authority to change the company name was given by shareholders at the Company's AGM held in June. The new name better reflects the Company's strategic focus which will emphasize identifying and fostering promising projects in the Europe that emphasize sustainable business models delivered over the internet.
With regard to the ebop project (http://www.ebop.co.uk) , the Company is pleased to announce that ebop Limited ("ebop") has engaged BCD & P, a marketing and advertising company with particular expertise and experience in youth marketing in the United Kingdom. BCD & P is preparing a comprehensive and creative marketing campaign aimed at our Generation Y audience combining the use of print ads, legal fly-posters, full size posters, promotional events, and television ads. The theme will emphasize an almost irreverent tone consistent with the counterculture of our target audience.
The Company would like to take this opportunity on behalf of ebop to announce the following highlights from the current and near term development plan for the ebop community website:
* Delivery of audio through the website is planned with the initial implementation to support the download and playing of MP3 media based upon local content from up and coming bands throughout the UK. Target Date: July 31, 1999.
* Support for the sale and download of MP3 singles and "burning" of full length custom CDs for delivery to community members.
Target Date: August 30, 1999.
* The overall site "look and feel" is being redesigned as part of an ongoing effort to keep the site content and appearance continually changing. Upcoming changes will include new introductory navigation pages and different colours.

* Content is being expanded to include additional cities in the Summer in the City tour. Our editorial team is now in place with a four person team headed up by Abbie Sampson. Abbie is in charge of coordinating the creation of new written content.

* Online chat has been completely re-designed for a better "look and feel" combined with an expanded feature set.

* A site-search function will be implemented to enable user to search contents by keyword in all areas of the ebop community.

* New features are being implemented to encourage current members to tell their friends about ebop and invite new membership. This feature will incorporate the use of simple electronic greeting cards. Target Date: July 31, 1999
* The Games and competitions area is being expanded to include new content and opportunities for members to win cash prizes and percent-off discounts on merchandise offered at ebop. The roster of games will include a unique mating/dating game and games based upon the community's knowledge of trivia relevant to their age group. Target Date: To Be Announced.
* The ebop online store will be expanded significantly to include a greater variety of merchandise including wallets, leather goods, and new apparel.

ebop will soon move into new and improved office space located in the heart of London in the Covent garden district. Ebop is confident that the improved space and layout will increase team synergy and output over the next 6 months and offer our team members an environment that encourages creativity.
