Rocky, Based solely on that info, it appears you've made another "ASS-umption".
It was an "initial" filing only. Do you want to say the same about Glore's "initial" filing, or his later purchase of 30,000 shares at $5.73. (I would think Glore would make every effort to earn his money back, and profit from his investment.)
Yep, EVENTUALLY, all of the officers will leave, or die, or whatever, and many will convert some assets along the way, just like you would. So, there is nothing of substance. The only irrecoverable "bleeding" occurring here, is the final remnants of any integrity you could have had from an effort at "responsible" posting.
IMHO, I feel the crew here should change your moniker to "Chicken Little".
