Uranerz was the last operator I know of, then I think the
ball was passed to Monopros. The operator can propose
programs and advance the project with notice to partners.

I think the notice period with this jv is 60 days, so if
Monopros asked KRT to pay their share of a mine development
(say $200,000,000) KRT would have that long to pony up the
dough (or suffer dilution).
