John Pappajohn has just spent over $1/4 million to increase his ownership in PCES to 40.25%. He just purchased another 466,699 shares of common stock in addition to more preferreds and warrants. Why would Mr. Pappajohn spend over $1/4 million to increase his holdings? Mr. Pappajohn is not an idiot!! This may be the last chance to get in at these levels . . . don't say I didn't tell you!!
