Talked with Carolyn Richards. She stated they "have" received a bid by AlaCarte Foods to buy assets in the company. AlaCarte is owned by General Foods. Bids will continue to be received until Aug. 10th. This company (WAMA) filed Chap. 11 early this year or late in 1998. Great food and rita's at Marcos Mexican Restaurant which is one of the three restaurants operated by WAMA. I'm a Friday nite regular at Marcos! Gooooo WAMA!!!!
