I am really happy for you and wish that my own marriage had weathered the storms. However, looking back, I can see that I was taken for one hell of a ride and wouldn't take him today if he were offered on a platter surrounded with parsley. Frankly, I am happy for me too. After eight years with another man, I am now in the midst of a three-year affair with a truly hot ticket and have as well an extraordinarily full dance card. I find that age is no longer relevant. My "friend" in Seattle is 11 years younger than I; my oldest lover was more than 70. Would I marry again? Yes, and I thought about it last fall; it did not work out and it is probably all for the best, since we have been able to remain good friends.
