This sounds great, however it will not fly. Too many people have already comitted to IBM compatibles. Windows NT (which is where win95 is going) is a 32bit preemptive mulitasking environment. The mac is NOT. Windows NT 4.0 is due out with a WIn95interface. This IS the next Network server software. It is platform independent. Supports multiple processors. Apple may be a little too late. However I can see the stockof Apple or Gateway go up in the short term on this news, but I am confident that a lot of people will see it as an opportunity to get out of a loosing investment. In the 8 years that I have owned a computer company, I can tell you that ALL my customers will NEVER switch to MAC EVER. They do not believe in it. + they spent too much money . Look at IBM they just can not get the market. Unfortunately Microsoft is a beast that will not go down. Guys, justbe careful. If the news of ggateway falls Apple may look even worse.
