Scott... SCVL... I was wondering about the volume myself... couldn't find anything on an offering though they are a tad light on cash..... good fundos.. recent sector weakness... usually the big guys don't sell into the bottom support range.... so I assume it's a position established before a buy rec / broker push or for capital reasons.... only way to truly know is to observe... also of volume interest is IIT..... ES PS yes I sood TOPP too soon...... will reenter if it looks right.... ALKS still strong...
