Patrick, You might want to use a safer strategy given current conditions. In addition to the current market, AMD will be officially releasing the K6 next Wednesday. If they get a couple tier 1 OEMs, Intel may take a hit. If the recent rally doesn't hold up, which seems very possible, Intel could go back below 130. One thing is likely, over the next few weeks, Intel may be very volatile. You could also buy apr 130s on a short rally (so they'd be cheap), and sell either the calls or the puts when either would more than cover the other. Of course, this strategy sounds simple, but can be difficult to execute without a great deal of fortitude. Mike
