Don't get too excited about the tender offer.

The same thing happened with WAVO. Another stock I was short. They got a tender offer at $7 and now it is below $4. I think Pacific Growth did their offer as well. I don't think it ever happened. It smells like a scam to me, but I don't know anything concrete.

Regardless, I highly recommend you tender your shares and see if you get it. I bet you don't. You will likely have the opportunity to buy back at a lower price if you are determined to hold this stock.
