the net will be good for some and not for others i see these winners : companies like dell or the gap that can get ad on sales piggybacked on a good brand name already developed...perhaps car co's who will sell direct, airline tix, and small specialty businesses losers : overpriced search engines ...imo they will not sell enough advertising to justify these mkt caps...brand names specific to the internet, i.e. certain well known internet book stores... ike
