Archer.. From reading RB it is not Pacific Growth Equity of CA but Growth Capital from TX which has issued the 'alleged' tender, but people are pretty confused on RB about the whole thing. Are you aware of Growth Capital and their activities?

Seems as though everybody (Long or Short) should do their own research and make their own decisions. Between all of us maybe we can get to the bottom of this.
