Matt, Club Fatt and thread....I owe you all a big apology. It appears for a reason I have yet to uncover that ECNC is scheduled to be changed to ECNCE on 8/6 and is subject to delisting on 9/6. I am heart sick that this has happened at this time. A complete blindside for me...and I was looking. I check the daily list 8/3...this was on 8/2.....jesus. I am trying to get this figured out. If you review the filings it makes not sense. Here is what I posted on the ECNC thread. Let cooler heads prevail. ******** Here is what I have found...Tom has not yet had a chance to respond to my call or email...nor has Manny. The OTCBB Daily List for 8/2/99 lists ECNC eConnect as having an E added to the ticker to indicate failure to comply with the new listing rules which indicates either 1) they have failed to file all their required reports with the SEC or 2) they have failed to keep the OTCBB advised of their compliance as required by the new rule. The effect, if not corrected within the next 30 days is that ECNC will be delisted and the stock will no longer have a market where it can be traded. This is bad, obviously but it has not happened yet and I do not anticipate the company will allow it to happen. The symbol change is to become effective August 6, 1999...so that has not even officially happened yet. Here is the info from the 8/2 daily list on the otcbb site: SYMBOL CHANGES DATE OLD SYMBOL NEW SYMBOL/NAME (note I deleted out all the other listings) 08/06/1999 ECNC ECNCE eConnect Notes All securities appended with an "E" are subject to delisting in 30 calendar days unless otherwise denoted with a "plus sign" (+). These securities are subject to delisting in 60 calendar days. **NSCC Eligible Security Questions concerning OTCBB changes should be directed to : (202) 496-2542 I have a call in to find out specifically what the problem is and will demand Tom fix it asap or I am out of here. Period. FYI....stay tuned for the rest of this story. DON'T PANIC.
