Here we go again....a trade (buy) for 400 shares just went off and the stock went up a penny...but, the ask was lowered to .175 from .18 and the bid held at .16 cents. The next trade will be a down-tick...IMHO A little monkey business at play. The trade was an up-tick. Oh, the 400 share trade...$72.00
