Pete: According to the company (I spoke with them today), the Form 10 should be filed either tomorrow or Friday. It usually is available on the Edgar website around 48 hours after it has been filed, so probably on Monday or Tuesday of next week. They are in the process or preparing investor's packets and will send them out next week once they have the Form 10 financials to include in the packets. From what I got, a relatively conservative profit projection for next year was $5-6 million on $30 million of revenues. Regards, Obie.
