Richaaard:
The advertising campaign directed to the consumer was actually scheduled to be even later but was moved up to September because they thought they had made enough headway with the Physician intro.
They decided that it was best that the doctors knew about it prior to the patient coming in and asking for it. that way the doctor may have said that he had not heard of it and that they should not switch to it.
That might leave a bad impression that would be hard to change..
As to bundling. I did not pick up on anything directly but they did talk a lot about incentives for pharmacists in several different sections of the CC.
I'll do another post with the rest of what I heard as I can get more time.
Basically I came away with this.. Short term,, other than the BC pill approval this quarter,, there is not much coming.. Long term,, the company is VERY High on their prospects and is VERY commited to seeing that Cenestin becomes the drug they know it can be.
I came away quite a bit more comfortable in the long term prospects for DRMD
