anyone can see that the assault on the Boy Scout's freedom to choose the values they inculcate in their members is an assault on all our freedoms. I see that. You see that. But, unfortunately, a lot of people don't see that. This is one of many instances of the remedy being worse than the problem. As a libertarian, I view both laws prohibiting any consensual sex between adults and laws forcing private organizations such as the Boy Scouts to conform to standards that are antithetical to their ideals as equally wrong and statist.
