Hi Brad, I heard from Stuart today, and they HAVE been trying to get info on PMGIF the following is what I wrote to Stuart this morning, note my plea to get an operational number and my reference to the IRS that prompted such a swift reply, and his reply is FIRST; also I have been instructed by Stuart to contact Mr. Mandell which I shall give him one week to get an email to me, then I shall email Mr. Mandell and call him at the Spice/Playboy LA offices and let him know I need that info. :) Post for reference purposes only, not intended to lure unwitting nor undecided investors. Sutart, have you EVER found anything out about PMGIF and their association with your company and did you get a phone number that is operational that I can forward the IRS?? Thanks, Jacalyn
i ALSO SUPPLIED A PRIOR EMAIL WITH ALL THE APPROPRIATE LINKS :) Jacalyn Deaner wrote:
Dear Stuart, thank you for calling me this afternoon; below please find links to the web sites where you can find the SEC filings to date along with a "thread" where the research has led to me writing to SPICE. Please see the text from hoover's to see what the reference to Spice by PMGIF is, that sentence is included in their filings with the SEC.
I appreciate your getting to the bottom of this; PMGIF has been noncommunicative and this needs to be addressed immediately. Either the affiliation is real - that they are designing your website and are entitled to proceeds on a percentage, or they are not entitled to anything; that you mentioned you are only aware of some "hardcopy" Spice TV guide - that is not what they have filed nor had published in their company description at Hoover's.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, please call me anytime. Sincerely, Jacalyn M. Deaner
