Jorj, I have a phonecall and a FAX and an e-mail into Tom. I'm waiting for him to call. He usually will call me within an hour or so from my FAX. It's been a while. I'll IM you as soon as I get a call. Hopefully, he will reiterate what he said to me before: namely that it is the SEC's mistake - that we have filed - and that there will be no E on Friday. All I can do for now is quote what he said to me and to many others! Manny
