Santa Maria Mining, LLC chartered out of Delaware mining of Wickenburg, Arizona 6yr - 7 yr. Look at the Phelps Dodge contract with is dealings with the SMR corporation. It's an on going perpetual contract since September 18, 1995. It is not active but it is in affect. The news release says it has a current contract but they have to have mining but the copper price down too much. So it is idle right now. The new Santa Maria Mining Corporation is a California corporation and they are in process of asset transfer. This was just done I am told about a month ago. Everything is not quite finalized yet. World Vanadium LLC out Monticello, Utah and it is chartered out of Delaware also and licensed with the state of Utah. Now both have federal licenses. If you mine you have to have fed permits. Theirs are current. Talked to Don Blackburn who has 50 years of experience, is in charge of the Santa Maria River project. Orex has a book of all the permits and licenses. Explosive, posion, water quality etc. There sure are a lot of naysayers on this stock. MAN ... LOL ... But I never understimate a nay sayer. GB
