That was last year's that was closed out, 1998, that was referenced in the S&P posting. The article I referenced refer's to looking for more 504 dough this year. Indeed it is closed out until August 15th according to 504 rules. But that doesn't deter the search for the placement referred to in the link I provided. So I would say there is a distinct possibility that a nasty little 504 may be on the immediate horizon.

You are relentless in your attempts to distort here.

Is your effort related to boosting the stock price for an upcoming closure of a new 504 PPM? Sure seems like the right conclusion given the facts.
