Hi All,
I am new to this thread and would like to express my
view point. Internet based business model is a whole
new idea that is nothing short of revolutionary. These
companies (EELN and what not) are here to stay (if
executed right). Most internet companies are trying
to dominate their market and therefore their heavy
expenditure will preclude them from profit in
near future. So the belief that rising interest rate
will hurt EELN is short sighted from my view point.
Those who thinks interest rate will affect EELN
is not understanding why EELN exists in the first
place and should not invest in this company.

Moreover, businesses are moving to the internet not
because it will make more money. It is because when
everyone is doing it with lower overhead, you have to
do it to survive. While we might not feel like to
do business on-line, our next generation will.

So if EELN makes the right moves and dominate the
E-Loan market, is $23 a price to sell or to buy? The
answer is obvious to me.
