Paul: The NETSTAR purchase appears to be rich. ASND is paying $300 million to buy a company whose last 12 mos. revenue is $4.30 million. ASND is supposed to make $440 million in revenues this year. The dilution in shares is slight. The transaction will add 3.12 million shares to the existing 121 million outstanding shares. So what gives? Does NTSR have something so valuable in technology that ASND has to get to become a more successful company? Deepak Ghosh
