I just spoke with a Mr. Ed Cotter of the DOE in Grand Junction, Co. He said that he met a Mr. Don Blackburn about a year ago. He found his card while we were on the phone and it said that Mr. Blackburn was the founder and president of World Vanadium. He said that they had talked about federal uranium lease tracks and that was the last he saw of him. Some of the field personnel have reported to him that they have seen recent claims staked by WV on federal lands.

He also told me that International Uranium, up to about six months ago was processing tailings from other operations and clean-up sites. They were paid to process the tailings by the people cleaning them up. Six months ago they switched to processing ore from some of their own little mines. He speculated that Interantional Uranium might have used World Vanadium as a contract miner on properties controlled by International Uranium.

He also told me that he would not necessarily be aware of claims on federal land or even operating permits on federal land(except for specific federal uranium lease tracks) but that any operating mine in Utah or Colorado would have to be permitted through the respective state agencies. As I said before neither state is aware of any permits for WV.

So far, I have tried to be polite and present my DD on this thread. I have not said anything degrading about other posters or this company. If you all would prefer I can sling SH*T with the best of them. I have had lots of practice on some of the DD threads VBG
