If such a thing occurs, I expect the stock price to go into teens, at the minimum, so anyone who bought the stock in the last year or so should reap good benefits.

However, this company is worth significantly more if the management focusses on execution instead of trying to become a venture capital fund. This industry is hot now and if the management doesn't exploit the current industry capacity problems then they probably would probably have to wait another 3 years before we get to the upleg of the next cycle.

P. S.: I am completely baffled by the inaction of the management on announcing a stock buy-back. I wonder if they are trying to pick up the company on the cheap by doing a management buy-out.
