I tend to lean towards your explanations Tony. There appears to be something that stinks in the whole affair. Betting that the Indos and Freeport are working together. deGuzman may have been playing with the Indos and Freeport to set up Bre-X on the last holes as you have inferred. The Indos are likely after a reason to kick Bre-X out of Indonesia altogether. As someone has stated, Freeport may have to watch their backtrail as it may soon be lined with lawsuits. Still cannot figure why the exchanges opened trading without the audit completion.

Best regards,
Ron E
