Gotcha...sorry...no offense meant. This is public info that was posted but it does refer to news that the details of which can't be made public yet. Fair enough and very reasonable. Sorry.

Here is my understanding of the SEC E fiasco....not ECNC's fault: (author is DaiTN)

ECNC had filed a motion back in May to change its fiscal year into calendar year (this happen when the company change the symbol from BETT to ECNC and incorporated with the state of NEVADA). After the end of each quarter, a company has 45 days to file the 10Q report with the SEC to comply, a company can also file an extension for 5 more days if necessary, it means that 50 days is the max a company has to file the quarterly reports with SEC, this rule apply to all 10Q quarterly reports. For year-end 10K report, a company has more time to file, if I remember correctly, it is 3 months after the company year end.

As far as I know, the 3rd quarter 10Q report is not due until August 15th or 20th, I take Tom explanation at this time that this is a mistake by the SEC. Tom, Jorj, or Manny, does any have the SEC phone number that I can verify this directly. If this is a mistake by the SEC, will they simply drop the "E" after ECNC by Friday or are they going to issue a statement? There might be nothing to this to cause any alarm, but I am just being cautious!!
